What do I want in a project report?

Here is a general outline:

bulletTitle Page - (what class, team member names (a cool team name generally impresses me!), date, etc.
bulletExecutive Summary (1 page) tell me the problem, how you solved it and what the results mean (1 page)
bulletBody (less than 6 pages)
bulletIntroduction (company background and products involved (% of products used in analysis), problem statement, project objective)
bulletMethod (how did you do the project including alternate solutions and methods).
bulletResults and discussion (tell me what it all means - not just a bunch of numbers and stuff, don't make me think - tell me what to think)
bulletSummary
bulletAppendices (again, don't put a whole bunch of unnecessary stuff in here) - Make the appendix ' as simple as possible but no simpler.' Use the body to sell me on your ideas and the appendix to make me believe you know what you are talking about.

bulletOther notes:
bulletFor this small of a report a table of contents is not needed.
bulletI must have an electronic copy of the report (if the appendices are on paper, you do not need to include them)
bulletBe sure and look at my basic rules for formatting at: http://webs.twsu.edu/whitman/Classes/paperrules.htm
